  Staff at the store were nice. However, returned a standard fit pant to exchange for a slim fit pant which seem would be a better fitting item. They did not have the slim fit in stock, so they ordered it to be sent to my home. However, they ordered the wrong item. When I sent the incorrect item back, Banana Republic declined to refund the item, only providing a gift card despite the fact they mistakenly ordered the incorrect item. When I sent them an e-mail that I did not agree with them not refunding the item, they chose not to respond. Disappointed by this experience.
